Accountant:
- 4-year college degree in Accounting
or Finance from accredited university.
- At least 2 years’ accounting
experience in a bank or other financial
institution plus accounts payable.
- Must have excellent computer skills
(Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to multi-task independently
and have excellent oral and written
communication skills.
- Good analytical skills with the
ability to research and solve problems.
- Ability to interact effectively with
Senior Management and other department
heads.
Call Center Representative:
- At least a high school diploma or
equivalent required.
- 1+ years’ financial services sales
experience as well as New Accounts and
back office operations banking
experience.
- Basic math skills.
- Moderate keyboard skills.
- Basic understanding of banking
operations, products/services and
related regulations related to Call
Center functions.
- Requires knowledge of governmental
laws and regulations (Reg E, Reg CC,
Deposit verification,etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a
pressure oriented environment.
- Advanced oral and interpersonal
skills with ability to explain products,
services, errors or situations and
provide options or cross-sell in a clear
and courteous manner.
Back Office Operations
Representative:
- At least a high school diploma or
equivalent required.
- Back office operations banking
experience a plus.
- Good analytical skills with the
ability to research and solve problems.
- Good math and computer skills.
- Ability to perform reconciliations
of general ledger accounts.
- Ability to multi-task independently
and have good oral and written
communication skills.
Tellers:
- At least a high school diploma or
equivalent required.
- 6+ months’ cash handling experience
in a retail environment.
- Possess general knowledge of basic
math skills.
- Ability to understand and explain
retail products and services and respond
to customer inquiries as well as
cross-sell.
- Ability to understand and operate
retail computer systems and
applications, calculator, teller
machines, etc.
- Intermediate oral and interpersonal
skills with the ability to interact with
public in a professional and courteous
manner.
